介護職員の苦悩と自己犠牲

なかなかに介護職員の苦悩については理解され難いものがある。
正直言うと介護というものはすべてオーダーメイドであり、優劣というものをつけようが無かったりもする。だからとても使い捨てになりやすい。経験というものが第一義的に役に立たないのだ。一応私は介護の経験が2009年の12月からあるけれども、それは過去のデータに過ぎず、目の前の方に通用する保障はない。常に新鮮な気持ち、先入観なく望むことが、唯一経験から得られたノウハウである。いきなり自分を否定してかかるところからはじめなければいけないのがまたツラいところである。
でも考えてみればアタリマエのことであって、人の人生なんてそれぞれであるから、それを一つの観点で押し付けてしまうこと自体、傲慢きわまりないことである。時代は常に移り変わっていくのだし、それは高齢者といえども例外ではない。
私は夜勤の暗い闇から逃れ出てきたが、やはり夜のことが未だに気になったりはする。介護施設というのは24時間対応の仕組みになっていない。皆さんそう思っているかも知れないが、完璧な間違いだ。施設は基本的に無法地帯、治外法権といってもいい。その閉鎖的な環境故に様々な事件が起こっている。
そこで力戦奮闘をしてきたつもりだったが、結局それはごく限られた人たちの生活を潤すだけとわかった時、やる気は失せていった。でもまあ30名近い方の命を預かる緊張感は、なかなか得難い体験であったとは思うけれど。
みんな忙しくすることによって何かをごまかしていた。それによって自らの目や耳を塞いでいたのだ。私は夜勤中フロアから離れるということができなかった。怖くてできないのだ。自分が離れた時に何かあったら言い訳できないと思う。だが、何故かみんな離れたがっていた。いろんな業務を作り上げて、夜の闇から離れようとしたのかもしれない。
夜勤は潜水艦同士の戦いに似ている。音を出したほうが負けである。先に発見されてしまうと対応は全て後手後手に回ってしまうからだ。神経を研ぎ澄ます必要があるのだ。それが理解されたことはあまりなかった。
事故が起きないこと。というのはなかなか評価されにくいファクターだからである。何事もない。というのがいかに素晴らしいことなのかを評価できる人は少ない。事故が起きたけど軽やかに解決しました!!みたいな方がかっこよく見えるし、実績として評価されやすい。一番いいのは事故が起きないことなのだが・・・・。
今日もすでに夜が始まっている。時々懐かしく思う。夜勤をやらなくなってそろそろ半年かぁ。
介護の仕事は電気、ガス、水道のインフラに近いものがある。できて当たり前という風潮があり、それを常に要求される。ここが一番のストレスじゃあないかな?
介護職員になるような人は犠牲精神あふれる人が多い。でも一歩間違うと自虐になり、ブラック職場を生む土壌になる。ボランティアをして当たり前みたいな風潮になってしまうのだ。これは由々しき事態である。ものを大事にせず人間すら浪費されている現状こそが、最大の問題点であろうと思われる。



会社にとっての利益とはなにか?

これを勘違いしているひとたちが非常に多いと思う。ただ単にお金を積み上げるだけであったら、そもそも事業なんか起こす必要はなく、人を雇う必要すらなく、金塊を抱えてじっとしていればいい。それのほうがよほど利益が上がると思う。
何を持って利益となすかは、会社の経営者の考え方によって異なる。従業員は契約をしている以上、それに拘束されるのは当たり前である。その価値観が合わなければ契約を解除してその会社を去ればよい。

損保会社は保険金支払いを渋る。自動車保険や傷害保険(損害保険会社)を、しっかり見抜きましょう。
このような事件が起きるのも、保険会社にとっての利益とはなんなのかがわからないまま、経営をしているという状態だからである。保険会社はなぜ存在しているのか?交通事故が起きた時の保障をしてほしいからである。事件の解決こそが商品であると言えるだろう。その商品の品質をケチるということが、果たして保険会社の利益になるんだろうか?という素朴な疑問に対して、おそらくは保険会社の人間は誰も答えられないと思う。世の中はそんなもんさと嘯いて、不条理を押し付けてごまかすのだろう。これは結局のところ自分の首を絞める行為であることに気づくだろうか?気づいていても気づかないふりをするのだろう。この空虚な仕事こそが日本人の見栄っ張りの裏側だ。
ほとんどの人間は事故などに遭遇せず、黙ってお金を払い続けているだけだから、そこを誤魔化せばいいと安易に考えている。とまでは言わないが、それにちかい状態になっているのではないか?生命保険、損害保険会社のビルが都心の一等地に立ち続けている限り、そう思ってしまう。
なぜ、保険会社は税制上優遇されているのか?交通事故や不慮の怪我、病気や大黒柱の死亡に対して備えるものであるからだ。これを形式的なものと考えてしまっている現状は異常なのである。
これらは情報公開することが必要な分野だと思う。自動車保険がだいぶ安くなってはいるけれども、それは本当に保障があるものなのか、疑問になりつつあるということだ。
これだけ大事なことなのだから、もっと情報公開されたほうがいい。その圧力がないから、保険会社は単なる資金集めビジネスへと堕落してしまったのだろうと思う。日本の会社は理念なく漂流している。お題目を掲げても当人たちが信じていない。

自動車メーカーは最新技術を追いかけるあまり、基本的なことを忘れてやしないか?昔の自動車ディーラーに近い役割は、むしろ無名の整備工場によって担われている現状だ。
